feat(catalog): SSR stats in Visual Manager, honest deletes, newPageParent

Pass DB totals into StatsBar, mirror Catalog Structure delete copy, and open New Page with ?newPageParent= for shop and BC. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>
